Last spring, a panel of courageous trial court judges in Guatemala presided over the first national trial of a former head of state for genocide. The judges have faced threats and pressures because of their work

She testified as an expert witness in the case in Spain and in Guatemala, professor

Professor Naomi Roht-Arriaza, UC Hastings, School of Law 
She worked on the litigation on the genocide cases in both Spain and Guatemala
