Ms. JD: Determined to Rise: A Conversation on Law, Leadership and Being "The First" with Paulette Brown, President-Elect of the ABA (Free Event)

Please join Ms. JD on October 27, 2014 for an engaging conversation with Paulette Brown, President-Elect of the American Bar Association (ABA).  When she takes the reins as President, Ms. Brown will be the first African-American woman to lead the ABA.

Now, Ms. Brown is offering her advice to the Ms. JD community. In an event hosted by National Sponsor O’Melveny & Myers LLP, she will spend an hour on October 27th answering your questions about law, leadership and being “the first.” Questions must be submitted by October 17, 2014 and can be submitted through the registration link below, on Twitter (@msjdtweets) or on Ms. JD’s Facebook page.  Registration will close on October 23, 2014.

 The event will be held live at O’Melveny & Myers LLP’s New York City office and broadcast to viewing parties in the following locations: Century City, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Washington, D.C.  There will also be a conference call line for those interested in participating by phone.
